He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Russell and Dorothy Howard Russell; and his sister Betty Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judy Russell; his daughter Brenda Frealy (Glenn); his granddaughters, Jennifer Waltz (Sam) and Amanda Hutton (Zach); his great grandchildren, PennyLane, Paitlyn and Wyatt; and his niece Sheila Smith.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Ball Church of Christ.
