She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Milton and Ruth May Ely Sims; and her siblings, Kenneth Sims, Betty Day, Ada Edwards and Edna Sims.

She is survived by: her children, Shelva Combs of Ozark, Elva Combs (Sharon) of Ozark, Boyd Combs (Kayla) of Bradleyville, Ethel Bradley of Sparta and Diann Knehans (Mike) of Mountain View, Missouri..
