He is survived by: his wife Adrienne Phillips of Ozark; his stepchildren, Lynsey Letterman (Justin) of Ozark, Brittany Goodall (Nathan) of Sparta and Michael Gahman (Shaina Dunn) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Nathan, Logan Letterman, Gunner and Avery Goodall; and his cousin Gary Phillips of Ava.
