She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Vernon and Belle Fowler (Begley). She is survived by: her husband Richard Brasel of Ozark, MO; her children, Brad Brasel (Susan) of Glendale, AZ, Russell Brasel (Michelle) of Tampa, FL and Leigh Ann Hubbell (Christopher) of Rogers, AR; her siblings, Vernon Fowler (Judy) of Jasper, AR, Betty James (Gerald) of Jasper, AR and Oleta Hughes (Wayne) of Jasper, AR; her grandchildren, Molly and C. J.; and her close friends, Carolyn Bailey, Kay House, Dorothy Brawley and Kit Kat.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assembly of God Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
