He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Brian Garrison and Florence Elizabeth Garrison (Farthing); and his sister Phyllis June Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hulett of Virginia; his sons, Raymond Lee (Clara Mae Garrison), Gary Garrison and Tim Garrison; his grandchildren, Kristin Ratliff (Josh), Bryant Garrison, Amber Garrison and Daniel Garrison (Alia); his stepgrandsons, Michael Oberly (Jamie), Nicholas Oberly and Justin Oberly; his great grandchildren, Kamron Humphrey, Katelyn Garrison, Emma Ratliff, Braxton Garrison and Kennedy Garrison; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Megan Schenker (Dray), Cody Oberly (Ally), Wyatt Oberly (Tylar), Tylor Witcher, Drake Witcher and Abby Calyean; and his great great grandchild Olivia Walsh.
