She was predeceased by: her husband Russell A. Oney, Sr.; her parents, Robert Sydney Headrick and Thelma Amanda Headrick; and her granddaughter Sherry Slaman. She is survived by: her children, Russell Oney Jr. (Susan), R. Michael Oney (Sharon), Judy Nobles (David) and Ann Reeves (Dennis); her grandchildren, Tracy Millikan (Grant Birge), Greg Slaman, Danielle Lookingbill (Roy), Rusty Glines, Drew Campbell, Hannah Vaughn (Weston), Grace Kirsch (Matthew), Christian Oney, Amanda Taylor (David), Joseph Oney Colleen (Whitney) and Abby Oney; her great grandchildren, Jessica Hogan (Casey), Megan Millikan, Christopher Shamp, Amber Slaman, Lindsey Slaman, Curtis Slaman, Alexis Glines, Savanna Vaughn, Phoenix Vaughn and Archer Vaughn; and her great great grandchild Huxley Hogan.
