She is survived by: her husband F. E. Campbell of Ozark; her daughter Cheryl Altis (David) of Forsyth; her stepson Dennis Campbell of Houston; and her brothers, Sam Johnston of Drury, Van Johnston of Coos Bay, OR and Jack Johnston of Nixa, MO. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
