He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell Forgey and Blanche Forgey; his wife Patricia Jo; and his daughter Kelli Blevins. He is survived by: his son Chris Forgey (Paula) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Cody Forgey (Mercy) of Ozark, Nicole Forgey of Ozark, Trace Forgey of Ozark, Christaine Blevins of McDonough, Georgia, Eian Darwin of Ozark and Paige Blevins of Springfield; and his brother Edwin Forgey (Nancy) of Kansas City. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
