William Maupin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Maupin of Owensville, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Maupin and Hazel Allene Maupin (Fisher); and his brother Harold Maupin. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Cates; his children, Chris Maupin (Daphne) of Jefferson City, Ryan Cates (Stacy) of Columbia, Jessica Wood (Korey) of Fayette and Katie Stranghoener (Scott) of Owensville; and his siblings, Charlie Maupin (Mary Lou) of Mexico, Wayne Maupin (Beverly) of Claremore, Okla and Deana Maupin of Jefferson City. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
