He is survived by: his children, Mike Crowe (Theresa Hedrick) of Jefferson City, David Crowe of Wright City, Stanley Lowder Jr. (Renee) of Covington, Allen Lowder (Michelle) of Owensville, Yancy Kamine of Kansas City, Jim Harvey (Stephanie Madden) of Valparaiso, Ind, Stuart Lowder (Sandra) of Fredricktown, Debbie Sue Whirrell (James) of Washburn, Ill, Becky Stephens (William) of Belvidere, Tenn and Maggie Harvey of Kansas City. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
