He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wester and Barbara Jo Wester (Hartzell). He is survived by: his children, Scotty Wester (Lynzi) of Bonne Terre and Cassandra Moore (Tyler) of Park Hills; his siblings, Debbie Heck (Carl) of Owensville, Terry Meyer (Doug) of Owensville and Kim Glover (Ron) of Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Cade, Bentley Wester, Lillian Pace and Josephine Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
