She is survived by: her husband D. E. Hoffman (Sam) of Owensville; her sons, John Edward Hoffman (Cheryl) of Owensville and David Hoffman of Owensville; her grandchildren, John David of Owensville, Erika Borgmann (Rob) of Owensville, Kristen Morrison (Jim) of Sedalia, Justin Hoffman (Lindsay) of Belle, David Wesley Hoffman (Ginny) of Union, Michele Valley (Kelly) of Owensville and Jessica Charboneau (Shawn) of Owensville; her great grandchildren, Kymberlyn (Justyn) of Linn, Kyle (Shelby) of Independence, Matthew, Zachary, Wesley, Kayla (Tucker) of Ashland, Hannah, Landon, Logan, MacKenzie, Samuel, Jenna, Kelsey, Coleton and Connor; and her great great grandchildren, Eleanor, Sophia, Braelyn and Stella.
