It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Bunton (Owensville, Missouri), who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Oscar and Ella Bunton (Haines); and his siblings, Orville Bunton, James Bunton, Vernon Bunton, Shirley Spurgeon, Sharron Niehause, Emmet Bunton, Elvin Bunton and Ronald Bunton.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hackney; his daughter Christina 'Witte Onder (Brian) of Owensville; his grandchildren, Allysa, Lucas and Levi Onder of Owensville; his siblings, Earl Brown of St. Claire, Mary Miller of Washington, Pearl Bunton of Bourbon and Cathy Denham (Rick) of Hawaii; and his nephew Michael Spurgeon. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
