She was predeceased by: her parents, Munir Ahmad and Hashmat Begham; her daughter Faiza Ahmad; and her siblings, Bashir, Mubashir, Naseer Ahmad and Bushra Chughtai.
She is survived by: her husband Muzaffar Ahmad; her son Zafar of Columbia; and her sister Razia Munir of Columbia. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and many other extended family members and friends.
