In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Melvin William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Melvin William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Bertha Schulte (Strack) and William Schulte; his wife Elsie Schulte; and his sisters, Marlene Ivie, Mildred Schneider and Marcella Nilges.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Bock (Ivan) of Owensville and Kevin Schulte (Cindy) of Owensville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gottenstroeter Funeral Home (108 S 2nd St, Owensville, MO 65066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
