He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schalk and Lillian Schalk (White); and his siblings, Marilyn Deppe, Martin and Dennis Schalk.
He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Schalk (Shirley) of Owensville, Glenda Haddox (Jim) of Owensville and Betty Carroll of Owensville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great, great-nephews.
