With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilian Morath (Owensville, Missouri), who passed away on February 2, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lilian departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lilian. Though Lilian may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Donald Morath; and her son-in-law Rondel Joe DeLong. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie DeLong (Morath) of Union and Alice Pappas (Morath); her sister Siv Bergendahl of Sweden; her grandsons, Edward DeLong (Eddy) and Luis DeLong; and also David. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
