He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ross and Eddith Walter (Sewell); and his brother William Walter. He is survived by: his wife Carla Seifert; his children, John Darren Walter (Maria) of Fairview, Ore, Kenda Bond (James) of Columbia, Kim Vincent of Valparaiso and Jerry Dwayne Bogue of Lowell, Ind.; and his sisters, Norma Spurgeon of Owensville and Betty Gieck (Boyd) of Belle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
