He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald James Holzschuh and Robin Elsie Knisley. He is survived by: his parents, James Holzschuh (Jamie) of Bland and Shannan Holzschuh (Smith) of Owensville; his sister Mariah; and his grandparents, Sandy Holzschuh of Bland, Bill Smith (Valerie) of St. Mary's, W. Va, Dave and Carol Kamper of Owensville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
