He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold G. Brand and Margorie Brand (Kimberlin); his siblings, Fern Christy, Eugene and James Brand; and his grandchildren, Joseph Turner and Andrea Hinson Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Enke; his daughters, Cathy L. Hinson (Mike) of Owensville, Tina L. Thompson of Sullivan and Kathy A. Mihm (Kurt) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; his siblings, Allen Brand (Linda) of Mehlville, Lydia Renner of St. Louis and Doris Walters of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Christopher Hinson (Keri) of Owensville, Jennifer Phillips (Eric) of Cincinnati, Jonathan Nelson of Colorado Springs, Derek Hoke (Kayla) of Bourbon, Jacob Hoke of Stanton, Ashley Sparks of Colorado Springs and Amber Sparks of Big Clifty. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and 32 nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Assn or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
