He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Buhlinger and Edna Hoynes (Hubbard); and his sisters, Edith Diamontini, Nancy Bauer and Marcella Straub.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Weber; his children, Debbie Buhlinger of Owensville, Tricia Reel (Steve) of Gerald, Jeffrey Buhlinger (Dana) of Gerald, Kevin Buhlinger of St. Louis, Laura Livell of Rosebud and Shelly Wehmeyer (Phil) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Melissa Beste (Jeremy), Carrie Krupp (Adam), Jason Wenkel (Shannon), Kristina Pfister (Bill), Jessica Buhlinger, Justin Buhlinger (Amanda), Nick Buhlinger (Brittany), Anna Buhlinger, Allison, AJ Livell, Sydney and Mia Wehmeyer; his great grandchildren, Austin Mayberry (Kelia), Seth Mayberry (Gracie), Olivia Beste, Khai, Kambria Krupp, Alexus Wenkel, Desi, Nic, Datan Binkhoelter, Michael Cook, Charles, Iris Buhlinger, Mikayla, Maddy Kladky, Odin Buhlinger and Adrianna Petford; his siblings, James Buhlinger (Sandy) of St. James and Sally Dowler of St. Louis; and his great great grandchild Brynlee Kay Mayberry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Honor Flight Society of Franklin County or the VFW Post 6133 in Owensville.
