He was predeceased by: his grandmother Marty Hartwig. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Jean (Wendy) and Wendy Jean of Owensville; his siblings, Dustin Jean of Washington, Emily Jean of Owensville and Andrew Jean of Owensville; and his grandparents, Robert A., Linda Jean of Washington, Ron, Brenda Utterback of Washington and Jeff Hartwig. He is also survived by aunts, uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Louis Children's Hospital Cardiac I.C. Unit are preferred.
