He is survived by: his children, Garry Adkison (Melanie) of Owensville, Terry Adkison of Montgomery City, Larry Adkison (Peggy) of Granite City, Ill, Sandy Adkison and Allen Benton of Sullivan; his daughter-in-law Robin Adkison of Owensville; his siblings, Danny Adkison of Sullivan, Earl Adkison (Cathy) of O'Fallon, Allen Adkison (Linda) of Hazelwood and Georgia Hohensee of Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Sharon Adkison of Owensville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
