He is survived by: his daughter Audrey of Hermann; his sister Dr. Stephanie Johnson (David) of O'Fallon; his nephews, Dustin and Dylan of O'Fallon; and his grandparent Terry Clark (Avaree) of Van Buren. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
