She was predeceased by: her fathers, Phillip Harvey and Basil Agnes Jackson (LaPlant); and her siblings, Phyllis Longaria, Ralph and Murrell Aydelott.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Gawer of Owensville; her sons, Christopher Jackson of St. Louis and Scott Jackson of Rolla; and her siblings, Mary Louise Wood of Bethel, Carl Jackson of Chesterfield and Ronald Jackson of Hilton Head, SC. She is also survived by her many friends, travel companions and relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. John's Cemetery.
