He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Ann Wathen; his parents, Robert Wathen and Mildred Wathen; and his parents-in-law, Scott and Sally Rohr.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Timothy Michael Wathen and Amy Wathen; his brothers, Daniel and Timothy Dale Wathen; his nieces and nephews, Brandt, Amy, Skylar, Jason and David Wathen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher, Wyatt and Rylie Wathen; and his friends, Rich Williams and Frances Grubb.
