He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Dallas and Sue Miller of Virginia; his brother Doyle (Linda); his cousin James (Ruth Ann); his mother-in-law Evelyn; and his brother-in-law Larry (Diane).
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Jeremy (Jami), Amanda (Roger) and Ronnie (Mei Ling); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jayla, Sammie of Dallas, DJ, William and Victoria; his great-niece Lexi; his siblings, Wayne (Karen) and Chris (Don); his cousin Jerry (Anita); his father-in-law Don; his brothers-in-law, Eric (Gina) and Paul; his close friends, Brian and Tom; and his pet Zilli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
Memorials: Terry's family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations appreciated in his memory be made to "STL Youth Sports Outreach".
