He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert O. Butler and Jeanne Butler; his siblings, Robert Todd Butler (Lynn) and Lisa Ann Butler; and his niece Jeannie Alice Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American kidney Fund or St. Vincent DePaul Society appreciated.
