He is survived by: his parent Zella Leon Johnson; his sibling Michael Johnson; his stepparent Grace Marie Johnson; and his stepsiblings, Mary Pierce (Lynn), Kenneth Dodson, David Dodson (Cheryl), Nancy Akers, Margie Dodson, Pam Dodson, Diane Harbstreet (Mike) and Sandy Long.
