He is survived by: his children, Terri Reicher of Bethesda, MD and Richard; his daughter-in-law Denise Reicher of Kansas City, MO; his daughter Leslie; his son-in-law Daniel Cardenas of Frederick, MD; his granddaughters, Carli Schwee (Michael Dubbin) and Rylee Schwee of Frederick, MD; his brother Philip; and his sister-in-law Nancy Reicher of Kansas City, MO.
