He was predeceased by: his parent Rollan G. Wagner; and his sister Glenda. He is survived by: his mother Emma J. Wagner (Nee Duncan); his wife Eunice Wagner; and his sisters, Cathy (Al), Joanne and Peggy (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Rick to the Disabled American Veterans Organization.
