He is survived by: his wife Anna Biggs of Overland, MO; his children, Sharon Wise (Steve) of St. Charles, MO, David Biggs of St. Peter's, MO, Wayne Biggs (Sherry) of Salem, MO and Gregory Biggs of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Wise (Julie), Timothy Wise, Maegann Parker (Adam) and Mathew Biggs (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Otto, Reid, Murphy Parker, Oliver, Ella Biggs and Dash Aitken; his brother Daniel Biggs (Carlena) of Salem, MO; and his sister-in-law Susan Biggs of Eureka, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
