She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray and JoAnn Ray. She is survived by: her husband Michael Allen; her children, Mary Loud (Ian) and David Allen; her brothers, Chuck Ray (Julie), Eddie Ray (Phebe), Robin and Mike Ray; and her grandson Marshall.

Donations may be made in Juanita's honor the Shriners Hospital of St. Louis, Missouri.
