Welsch, Jr. and Sarah Anne Welsch; his grandchildren, Justin Alexander Welsch, Aedan James Welsch and Penelope Jean Livingston; and his siblings, Barbara Pruett Hunninghake, Jeanne Francis Dunnett, John L. Welsch, Terrance M. Welsch, Connemara Fain Swarza and Mary Judith Byrd.
