He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anthony, Ann Palermo, Wendell, Ruth Haywood, Westies Scooter, Corky, Elbee and Littlebit.
He is survived by: his parents, Bruce G Haywood and Mary Lou Palermo Haywood; his brothers, Scott (Sarah), Chris (Robin) and Jeff (Becky); and his aunt Carol Palermo Burrington (Burrington). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
