She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blankenship and Pauline Blankenship; her brother Gary Allen Blankenship; her children, Ricky Alan Martin and Susan Jo Martin; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Paul Martin of Overland, Missouri; her son Paul Michael Martin of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Clifford Hayes (Misty) of Lake Worth, Ben Hayes (Ashley) of Wentzville and Susan Lay of Alton, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Justin Hayes of Lake Worth, Ashton Lay of Alton, Gabriel, Addison and Benjamin Hayes of Wentzville, Missouri.; and also, Timothy Martin (Jan) of Alton and Nancy Graf (Kent) of Barnett, Missouri.
