She is survived by: her parents, John Forbes and Nancy Forbes; her husband David K. Poor; her daughter Jessica Poor; her brothers, Mark Forbes (Dawn) and Rob Forbes (Diana); and her nieces and nephews, Justus, Dillon, Evan and Hannah Jo Forbes.
In lieu of flowers, Ellen's family suggests memorials be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (Gateway Chapter, 1972 Innerbelt Business Center Drive, St. Louis, MO 63114), in honor of her daughter's survival of Lymphoma.
