She was predeceased by: her mother Donna M. Webb; and her brother David L. Webb, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Mark A. Horstman; her father David L. Webb; her children, Ryan M. Ritter (Kelly), Connor A. (Meghan) and Arianna L. Horstman; and her grandsons, Dieter and Dillon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
