He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Steinmeyer and Ethel Steinmeyer; his wife Margaret Kearney-Steinmeyer; and his brothers, Edwin, Charles, Robert and Marvin Steinmeyer.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hughes (David) and Doug Steinmeyer (Becky); his grandchildren, David Kennard, Alexis Steinmeyer, Spencer Steinmeyer and Max Steinmeyer; his siblings, Adelia Azar, Rose Bray and Michael Steinmeyer; and the mother of his children Teresa Ramsey.
