She is survived by: her children, Tammy Simons, Carl Simons and Michael Dwyer; her grandchildren, Joey Parres, Michael Simons, Kevin "Alex" Mendez, Justin Dwyer, Rachel Simons, Destiny Dwyer and Michelle Dwyer; her great grandchildren, Alexis Holt, Alivia Bell and Alena Atkinson; and her sister Jill Hodapp (Ryan). She is also survived by her brother.
