He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte M. Hoover; his children, Glen Curtis (Dawn) and Phillip Hoover (Carol); his siblings, Alice Dulaney, Glen, Howard Hoover, Edith Mitchell, Marion Edmiston and Mabel Nunn; his grandchildren, Sariah Hoover, Jared (Patricia), Ross and Will Hoover; and his great grandchild Carson Hoover.
