He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughter Kathleen; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Allan M., Marissa, Christopher and Deborah; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Henry, Eloise, Jacob, Samantha, Casandra, Joseph, June, Kathryn, Andrew and Alyssa.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
