He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Davis and Glenna Davis (Reno); his siblings, Albert Davis, Lois Seifner, Joyce Davis and Patty Davis; and his former wife Martha Davis.

He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Davis of Sedalia; and his sisters, Janice Thornton of Sedalia and Alberta Ellison of Otterville.
