He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Dennis and Beulah Mildred Page (Cook); his sister Judy Young; his great grandchild Beau Parkhurst; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Bonnie Landreth; and his brother-in-law Larry Don Landreth.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Landreth; his children, Cheri Gorrell (Rodney Collins) of Otterville, Julie Mateja (Marc) of Otterville and Jeffrey Page (Megan) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Ali Parkhurst (Jack), Evan Gorrell (Ryan), Emily Gorrell, Mason Mateja (Kit), Jonah Page, Jude Page, Tori Petree (Garret) and Natalie Schoen (Karstan); his great grandchildren, Maverick, Beckham and Elowyn Parkhurst; his great-nephew Krew Petree; his siblings, Mary Etta Streeter of Otterville, Susie Blankenship (Larry) of Otterville, Jimmy Page (Kathy) of Otterville and Jack Page (Carol) of Clinton; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Schoen (Randy) of Otterville, Ron Landreth of Mexico and Lanny Landreth (Patty) of Warsaw.
