He was predeceased by: his parents, George Crowell and Lucille Crowell (Doughty); his wife Barbara Ann Roark; his children, Randy Crowell and Mary McDaniel Ivey; and his brothers-in-law, Leroy Roark and Frank Larmeir.
He is survived by: his daughter Angie Stuart (Johnnie, Jr.); his grandson Johnnie Stuart, III; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Nyla Stuart; his brother Gerald Crowell (Jeanette); his siblings-in-law, Suzi Larmeir and Mike Heineman (Renee); and his nieces and nephews, Edrica McDowell (Nathan), Christy Robinson (Chris), William Raines (Tammy) and Dustin Larmeir (Amanda).
Memorial contributions are suggested to Sedalia Rod & Gun Club in care of the funeral home.
