She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Rector of Washington and Magnolia Rector (Underwood); her stepmother Ruth Rector; her husband Luther Charles Wade; her son Chuck William Wade; and her siblings, Orville Rector, Jr., Keith Rector, James Rector, Raymond Rector, Francis Rector, Mildred Bryant, Lee Rector and William Rector.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wade (Wendie), Bryan Wade (Cynthia) and Jennifer Mahurin; her grandchildren, Nathan Wade (Cayla), Tyler Wade (Hayli), Garrett Wade (Rachel), Colt Wade, Caitlin Wade, Victoria Mahurin (Alex), William Mahurin and Nicholas Mahurin; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Brody, Brenli, Lincoln, Elliott and Magnolia; and her brother Rolly Rector. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
