He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Guy and Vieta Elizabeth Barker (Tillman); and his sister-in-law Brenda Barker. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynn Tatum; and his brothers, Gary Barker (Jan), Bill Barker (Diane) and Rex Barker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
