It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Souther (Osceola, Missouri), who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Baumgarden (Waite) and Bert Baumgarden; and her husband Barney. She is survived by: her former husband Roy Elliott; her children, Garret Lee Elliott (DeeAnn) of Osceola and Amy; her grandchildren, Travis Elliott (Dani) of Osceola, Niki Elliott of Osceola, Kyle Elliott of Albuquerque, NM and David Dwyer of Iconium; her great grandchildren, Liam and Zoe Elliott of Osceola; her sisters, Wanda Mifflin of Lowry City and Peg Eldridge (Stan) of Osceola; and her sister-in-law Ramona Moore of Pleasant Valley, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins; extended family members; and a host of friends.
