He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Hanna; his friend Patricia Pennell of Tiffin, MO; his daughters, Tammy Elliott (Earl) of Tiffin and Lisa Pennell of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Thomas Pennell, Nick Pennell, William Pennell, Joseph Pennell, Matt Mefford, Christopher Miller, Chad Parsons, Trisha Starks, Ashley Sanning, Robyn Sanning, Daran Pennell, Crystal Holtsclaw and Tesla Parsons; and his siblings, Louis Pennell, Lonnie Pennell and Wilma Pennell. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and his best buddy, his dog.
