She was predeceased by: her parents, Halver McConnell and Neoma McConnell (Welch); and her sister Nancy Cone. She is survived by: her husband John Welch; her brother Harold McConnell; her children, Nena Merchant (Todd), Cindy Campbell (Paul), John Welch (Connie), Michele Welch, Mary Jane Pearson (Chan), Christopher Howell and Stacy Hook (Jeff); and also, Bill, Michele, Mary Jane and Christopher. She is also survived by 12 grand children, many great and great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
